Partner With Us to Build Zambia's Future
The Expert Volunteer Database (EVD) is more than a mentorship programme – it's a national movement to unlock Zambia's pool of professional expertise for the benefit of Small and Medium Enterprises, job creation, and economic growth. But we can't do it alone. We need partners who share our vision of a prosperous, inclusive Zambia built on capable, sustainable enterprises.
Why Partner With Us?
For Corporates:
Whether you are in mining, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, or financial services, your success depends on reliable local suppliers. Many SMEs struggle with quality, consistency, and technical standards – and training programmes are expensive. The EVD offers a cost-effective, targeted solution. An experienced retired professional volunteers to work directly with your local suppliers, solving specific bottlenecks and building lasting capability.
For Donors & Development Partners:
Invest in Sustainable SME Development. The EVD offers a proven, scalable model for SME capacity building. Your support can help us expand our reach, deepen our impact, and create lasting change for Zambian enterprises.
We seek funding for Scaling the expert volunteer programme to more SMEs; Developing the matching platform and technology; Expanding to rural and underserved areas; Monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting.
For Professional Bodies & Associations
Mobilise Your Members for Impact. If you represent a professional body – such as ZICA, ZIM, EIZ, LAZ, or others – you can help us reach experienced professionals who are ready to volunteer. In return, your members gain access to meaningful engagement opportunities and recognition.
